Chelsey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with full practice authority and the owner and Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Thrive Healthcare. She provides elevated wellness and aesthetic care for patients seeking a more intentional and personalized approach to medicine.

Her clinical background spans emergency medicine, intensive and critical care, flight medicine, and medical aesthetics. With over 15 years as an emergency room nurse and five years as a flight nurse with Flight for Life McHenry, Chelsey brings a calm, decisive approach to complex medical care.

She earned her Master of Science in Advanced Practice Nursing from Purdue University in 2018, graduating magna cum laude. Following graduation, she completed an additional 4,000-hour clinical residency and obtained full practice authority in 2020. Chelsey has also completed more than 250 hours of advanced training in endocrine and hormone management, supporting her work in comprehensive health optimization and long-term wellness.

Chelsey lives in Crystal Lake with her husband and four children. Outside of the clinic, she values an active lifestyle, meaningful travel, and time spent recharging with her family.

Jesse brings a lifelong passion for wellness and compassionate care to every patient interaction. He has extensive clinical experience in high-acuity settings, including the emergency department and as a flight nurse, where he developed a strong foundation in critical thinking and patient-centered care.

Jesse earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and his Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. He is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has most recently practiced as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, providing comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan.

In addition to his clinical practice, Jesse continues to serve as a flight nurse, combining his love of aviation with his commitment to delivering high-level medical care in challenging environments.

Outside of work, Jesse is married and the proud father of five active children. Their home is filled with energy — and animals — including dogs, cats, turkeys, and chickens. He values an active lifestyle and enjoys spending quality time with his family wherever life takes them.

Jami is a certified Medical Assistant and serves as the Office Manager at Thrive Healthcare, where she plays an essential role in both day-to-day operations and the patient experience. Known for her warmth, organization, and attention to detail, Jami is often the first point of contact for patients and helps ensure every visit runs smoothly from start to finish.

She previously worked as a Medical Assistant in a large primary care practice before taking time away to focus on raising her family. After an eight-year career pause, Jami returned to the clinical setting and quickly became an indispensable member of the Thrive Healthcare team, bringing both experience and a deep commitment to patient care.

Jami lives in Crystal Lake with her husband and two sons. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, connecting with extended family and friends, and unwinding with a good meal or a well-earned date night.

Kayla is a Medical Assistant at Thrive Healthcare, where she supports both clinical operations and the patient experience. With a strong background as a medical scribe, she brings attention to detail, efficiency, and a solid understanding of clinical workflows to her role.

Kayla works closely with the Thrive Healthcare team to ensure patients feel supported and well cared for throughout their visit. Her adaptability and commitment to learning have made her a valuable part of the practice as it continues to grow.

She lives in Woodstock with her husband and two sons. Outside of the office, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family, reading personal development books, and cheering on her boys from the sidelines of the soccer field.

Olga brings over a decade of experience in healthcare and a strong commitment to holistic, patient-centered care. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with full practice authority, licensed in Illinois and Indiana, allowing her to provide comprehensive, independent care across the lifespan.

For the past five years, Olga has focused her clinical practice and advanced training on functional medicine—an approach centered on identifying and addressing the root causes of health concerns rather than managing symptoms alone. She integrates a solid foundation in traditional medicine with evidence-informed functional medicine strategies to support long-term wellness and meaningful health outcomes.

Olga is particularly passionate about bridging conventional and integrative medicine, empowering patients through education, lifestyle optimization, and thoughtfully personalized care plans. Her approach emphasizes partnership, prevention, and individualized care, supporting patients as they work toward improved balance, vitality, and overall well-being.

Kali is a seasoned Medical Assistant with over 15 years of experience in primary care. She brings a steady, knowledgeable presence to the clinic and is dedicated to supporting both patients and providers through attentive, compassionate care.

With a strong background in primary care, Kali understands the importance of efficiency, communication, and creating a comfortable experience for patients at every visit. Her experience allows her to anticipate patient needs and contribute to the smooth flow of a busy clinical environment.

Kali lives in McHenry with her husband, their two children, and their four beloved pets—two dogs and two cats. Outside of the office, she embraces life as a devoted “girl mom,” enjoys being at home, and values time spent connecting with friends, often over a great cup of coffee.

Amanda is a registered nurse and social media savant.  She works full-time as a nurse and also runs social media and advertising for Thrive.  Amanda has been a key part of the growth at Thrive Healthcare and loves to keep our personality at the forefront of our social media posts.  You’ll never find her without her phone – usually taking pictures for her insta account.  Amanda lives in Spring Grove with her husband and two year old daughter.  In her spare time she enjoys organizing, working out, entertaining and cooking.

Mandy is a Medical Assistant who believes that building strong, trusting relationships is an essential part of healthcare. She likes to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, heard and valued. By getting to know patients on a more personal level we are able to support not just their medical needs, but their overall well-being.

Mandy is a born and raised Crystal Lake resident. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her spending time with her husband cheering on their two girls at their games and activities or out with her two black labs. She is also involved in volunteering at her girls’s schools. Family, community, and caring for others are at the heart of who she is – both personally and professionally.

Chloe started her career path after graduating from Carroll University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career working in emergency nursing. After 7 years as an Emergency Department RN, Chloe pursued her passion for aesthetics and trained at the Confidence Bar in Chicago to become an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. Chloe is dedicated in helping people feel confident in their skin, while achieving natural results. She strives to empower and be an advocate for those on their journey to wellness.

Chloe lives in McHenry with her husband, son, and dog. She loves being a mom and being home with her family. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks and planting flowers.

Abby is a nurse practitioner at Thrive Healthcare with a passion for primary care, chronic disease management, and helping patients feel truly heard throughout their healthcare journey. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and brings nearly a decade of experience as a registered nurse in pre-operative and PACU care.

In addition to her surgical nursing background, she also has experience as a nurse practitioner providing infusion-based care for patients managing chronic illnesses, including autoimmune and complex medical conditions. Her diverse clinical background has strengthened her commitment to delivering compassionate, individualized care and building long-term relationships with her patients.

Outside of work, she is a wife and mom to three boys and two dogs. She and her family love spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring new places together whenever they can.
